We currently ship to the EU, UK, US, and Australia. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via our trusted logistics partners.

Shipping Times

EU & UK: 6–10 business days
US: 7–12 business days
Australia: 8–14 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.

Shipping Rates
We offer affordable flat-rate shipping and free shipping over a certain threshold:

Netherlands & EU: €6.95 / Free over €49
UK: £5.95 / Free over £44
US: $6.95 / Free over $49
Australia: $9.95 AUD / Free over $89 AUD (subject to adjustment)

Tracking
All orders come with a tracking number, sent via email once your package has been shipped. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days, please contact us.

Customs & Duties (DDU)
We ship all orders Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means import taxes, duties, and fees are not included in our prices and may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery.

This applies to all international destinations, including the EU. Please check your country’s import regulations if you’re unsure about additional charges.
